Re-open EU provides information on the various measures in place, including on quarantine and testing requirements for travellers, the EU Digital COVID certificate to help you exercise your right to free movement, and mobile coronavirus contact tracing and warning apps. The information is updated frequently and available in 24 languages. This should help you plan your travel in Europe, while staying safe and healthy.
EU countries have agreed on a coordinated approach to the restriction of free movement in response to the coronavirus pandemic. This includes a colour code for the classification of regions, based on the epidemiological situation there.
Turismul în Europa pentru următorul deceniu
Consiliul a adoptat astăzi un set de concluzii în care își prezintă viziunea pentru un sector al turismului durabil și rezilient din punct de vedere economic, social și al mediului în Europa.
Turismul este extrem de important pentru dezvoltarea economică, socială și de mediu durabilă a regiunilor noastre. De asemenea, contribuie în mod semnificativ la conservarea și promovarea valorilor europene și a patrimoniului cultural european. Însă turismul este și sectorul economic cel mai grav afectat de pandemia de COVID-19. Concluziile de astăzi reprezintă un semnal clar al angajamentului nostru de a revigora turismul european.

Într-un moment în care pregătirile pentru sezonul turistic de vară sunt în plină desfășurare, Consiliul îndeamnă UE și statele sale membre să înregistreze progrese în ceea ce privește un răspuns colectiv și bine coordonat la actuala criză pandemică, printr-o abordare comună coerentă, inclusiv prin sprijinirea elaborării unor standarde voluntare pentru protocoalele în materie de sănătate și siguranță de către serviciile și unitățile turistice.
În acest context, concluziile Consiliului solicită utilizarea în mod inteligent a oportunităților de finanțare existente în cadrul financiar multianual (CFM) al UE și în cadrul instrumentului Next Generation EU, pentru revigorarea ecosistemului turistic european aflat în dificultate și pentru îmbunătățirea rezilienței acestuia în urma pandemiei de COVID-19.
De asemenea, acestea invită statele membre și Comisia să prezinte, până la sfârșitul anului 2021, o agendă europeană pentru turism 2030-2050, elaborată în comun, pentru a impulsiona tranziția verde și cea digitală a ecosistemului turistic european și pentru a consolida competitivitatea acestuia.

Днес Съветът прие заключения, в които излага своята визия за икономически, екологично и социално устойчив и стабилен туристически сектор в Европа.
Туризмът е изключително важен за устойчивото икономическо, социално и екологично развитие на нашите региони. Той също допринася значително за опазването и популяризирането на европейските ценности и културно наследство. Туризмът обаче е и най-тежко засегнатият от пандемията от COVID-19 икономически сектор. Днешните заключения са ясен сигнал за нашия ангажимент към съживяване на европейския туризъм.

По време на подготовката за пълноценен летен туристически сезон Съветът настойчиво приканва ЕС и неговите държави членки да пристъпят към колективен и добре координиран отговор на настоящата пандемична криза с общ и съгласуван подход, включително чрез подкрепа за разработването на доброволни стандарти за протоколи за здравеопазване и безопасност от туристическите служби и обекти.
В този контекст в заключенията на Съвета се призовава за интелигентно използване на съществуващите възможности за финансиране по линия на многогодишната финансова рамка на ЕС и инструмента Next Generation EU за съживяване на изпадналата в затруднено положение европейска туристическа екосистема и за повишаване на нейната устойчивост след пандемията от Covid-19.
Наред с това, те съдържат призив към държавите членки и Комисията да представят до края на 2021 г. съвместно разработена Европейска програма за туризма за периода 2030–2050 г., за да подкрепят екологичния и цифровия преход на европейската туристическа екосистема и да засилят нейната конкурентоспособност.
